General Tips

  • Shuck (remove husks and silk) and trim cobs before cooking
  • If barbecuing or roasting corn, soak in cold water, then wrap
  • To freeze corn, quickly blanch it beforehand
  • Corn can be boiled or steamed for a few minutes
