General Tips

  • Remove hulls from strawberries with a small, sharp knife
  • Freeze strawberries whole or sliced, pack and store for up to a year, then thaw and use
  • For super-juicy strawberries, slice them, sprinkle with sugar and let rest 2 hours at room temperature
