1. Renée's Gourmet Foods Inc. (from here on known as RGFI) owns and controls all content available on RGFI sites, and all content is protected by international copyright laws. By visiting this site, you agree not to reuse material from www.reneesfs.com or from any other Internet site operated by Renée's Gourmet Foods Inc. or any affiliated companies. Specifically, you agree not to copy, distribute, republish, upload, post, or transmit site content without first obtaining RGFI’s written consent. However, you may download RGFI site content for purposes of personal, non-commercial use; you are not permitted to further reproduce or modify downloaded content.

Submissions by you to this site

1. RGFI claims ownership of all information (including graphics) communicated by you to RGFI through this site, with the exception of personal information protected by the site’s Privacy Policy. All submitted information becomes and remains RGFI property, even if this agreement should later be terminated. Consequently, the following applies:

   1. RGFI is not required to treat any such submission as confidential;
   2. You cannot sue RGFI for using the ideas you submit, including, but not limited to, product and advertising ideas;
   3. If RGFI uses your submission, or any likeness thereof, RGFI is not required to compensate you or anyone else for it; and
   4. You agree that RGFI has exclusive ownership of all (present and future) rights to submissions of every kind. RGFI is free to use them for any and all purposes, without compensating you or anyone else for them.
2. You acknowledge responsibility for any submission you make; this entails full responsibility on your part for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright.

Limitation of Liability

1. RGFI will not be held liable for any damages or injury coinciding with or resulting from your use of this site, including, but not limited to, damages or injury caused by any of the following: use of, or inability to use, this site; use of, or inability to use, any site accessible through a hyperlink on this site; failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; defect; operation or transmission delay; computer virus; and line failure.
2. RGFI is not liable for any damages, including the following: damages intended to directly compensate someone for a loss or injury; damages expected to result from a loss or injury (legally known as "consequential damages"); and other damages and expenses directly resulting from a loss or injury (legally known as "incidental damages").
3. RGFI is not liable, including in the case of being negligent, or in the case of RGFI’s authorized representative being advised of the possibility of such damages, or both.
4. In any case, RGFI’s liability to you for all losses, damages, injuries, and claims of every kind (including damages claimed under contract terms, damages claimed to be the result of negligence or other wrongful conduct, and damages claimed under any legal theory) will not exceed the amount you paid for access to RGFI’s sites.

Disclaimer

The materials on RGFI’s sites are provided as is. This means that RGFI disclaims all express and implied warranties about the material on the sites. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of the following kind:

2. Warranties that the functional elements contained in materials will be uninterrupted or error-free;
3. Warranties that defects will be corrected;

Jurisdiction

Unless otherwise specified, materials on RGFI’s sites are for the purposes of informing on the subject of RGFI and its products. Termination of this Agreement

Termination of this agreement by either party involved means the agreement is no longer effective. This agreement may be terminated by you at any time, through destruction of all materials obtained from all RGFI sites, along with all related documentation and all copies and installations. RGFI may terminate this agreement at any time, without notice to you if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, destruction of all materials by you is required. Furthermore, by making available materials on its sites, RGFI does not in any way promise that the materials will remain available to you. RGFI is entitled to terminate all or part of any of its sites at any time, without notice to you.

Other

This agreement will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Canada, the United States of America, and the appropriate province or state, as applicable, without applying conflict-of-law principles. Should any provision of this agreement be unlawful, void or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions will not, in any way, be affected. RGFI may modify this agreement at any time, through update of this posting, and without notice to you. This is the entire agreement regarding all the matters that have been discussed in the preceding paragraphs.
